A Classic Country DJ Night
This event is 21+.
Boot Scoot USA brings Nashville’s beloved Classic Country Dance Night to Los Angeles.
The perfect festival season warm-up for country fans and dance floor enthusiasts alike.
Kick off the night with beginner-friendly line dance lessons led by Pony + Paris of Do Si Don’tcha, then hit the dance floor for a mix of 90s and 2000s country hits, outlaw classics, and singalong favorites spun by John Stamps.
Whether you’re brand new to line dancing or already know a few steps, Boot Scoot is all about learning a few dances, grabbing a drink, and two-steppin’ with a packed dance floor.
Come ready for a teasin’, squeezin’, pleasin’ kind of time.
To enter Camille’s from inside The Bellwether, use the patio hallway on the mezzanine. Otherwise, please enter through the doors on 4th St., around the corner from The Bellwether’s main entrance.
All doors & show times subject to change.
Boot Scoot USA
Meet the city slickers behind Boot Scoot USA: John Stamps and KNags are doing a whole lot more than your average touring DJs. John Stamps, born in Indy and based in Nashville, is the creator and creative director behind Boot Scoot. John has combined his history as a hip-hop artist with his love of classic country music to create an event/brand like none other. While Stamps’ dreams big and focuses on the business side of day to day operations, KNags, long-time collaborator, is the co-creator and designer behind the scenes bringing the dream to life. This honky-tonk Yin and Yang has helped the boys grow from a home town hoedown into a full-fledged, cross country, John Deere green machine! With an emphasis on 90’s and 2000’s country classics, a passion for showcasing artists pushing the genre forward (Willie Jones, Margo Price, Ryan Charles), and a focus on disrupting the stereotypes that alienate potential country music lovers, Boot Scoot celebrates the genre in all of it’s unique facets and welcomes everyone to join the party in the process.
