Dirty Dave
Dirty Dave comes to us direct from Los Angeles where he’s a long time co-host of Things of Life, a weekly radio show on dublab, where he showcases his substantial swath of all tempo disco, italo, house, boogie, funk, & soul favorites.
Having being introduced to dance music & DJing via the D.C. & Baltimore party scene of the 90’s at 15 years young, Dave immediately knew that this was more than a party.
Upon moving to California in the late 2000s, he threw Blow Up LA in connection with the SF party of the same name & founded a six year strong weekly Wednesday party Love Thang, where he played host to a laundry list of international talent.
In his many years of DJing, DD’s made quite an impression on many with his broad musical palette & meticulous method of mixing. Comfortable playing everywhere from the wine bar to the warehouse, he’s been a guest of Red Room in Okinawa, Pikes in Ibiza, A Club Called Rhonda in Los Angeles, Else & Renate in Berlin, Bar Part Time in SF, Caraco & Matiz in São Paulo, Praia Irmao & Vago in Lisbon, Nightmoves in New York, as well as multiple appearances at Sunset Campout in Northern California & Mareh in Brazil.
